If you choose the free shipping option, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We also offer various shipping alternatives, including expedited, 2nd day, and overnight delivery. Returns:
If you believe the received order is defective, please reach out to us at 718-970-7011 or via email to connect with a customer service representative and discuss the issue. All stock items can be returned, and you will receive a full refund of the product cost. In case of any challenges with graphics installation or if it doesn’t meet your expectations, inform us, and we will collaborate with you to promptly resolve the issue. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return.
Cancellations:
Orders canceled before the commencement of production or after a proof has been sent for review are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Given our rapid production process, especially for DOT signs, which may start as quickly as 5 minutes after receiving your order, it is crucial to notify us promptly if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once production has initiated, orders cannot be canceled or amended.
